Eligibility

To use OnDeck, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17, you agree that you have received permission from a parent or guardian to use the platform. We reserve the right to remove any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Access and Security

OnDeck uses Google Auth for secure sign-in. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Nature of the Service

OnDeck provides recommendations for internships, volunteer roles, and educational opportunities based on data you provide. These recommendations are for informational purposes only. OnDeck does not guarantee placement, acceptance into any program, or specific career outcomes.

Acceptable Use

When using OnDeck, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, or federal laws.
• Disrupt the operation of the service through technical means or automated scripts.

Privacy

Your use of OnDeck is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your personal information.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Profile settings. OnDeck reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are otherwise harmful to the student community.
